About us

Dirt Dynamics is more than a grading company. It is the continuation of a family legacy, built on decades of experience, hard work, and a genuine love for the dirt.
Our story started in the early 2000s, when our founder began working in and managing grading companies throughout Georgia. In 2008, he started the original Dirt Dynamics. The company eventually closed its doors during the economic collapse, but the name—and what it represented—never really went away.
Years later, Dirt Dynamics is back.
After spending years in the industry and experiencing firsthand the way we believed contractors and employees could be treated better, we decided to build something of our own. Something built around honesty, professionalism, safety, communication, and pride in the work.
A Family Trade
Grading has always been a part of our family.
I began operating equipment and learning the trade at 5 years old. Today, at 23, I manage projects, operate equipment when I can, read plans, coordinate with inspectors and subcontractors, and help keep projects moving from start to finish.
Working alongside my dad has given me more than knowledge of construction. He taught me the importance of a strong work ethic and gave me the framework to build a career in this industry. From clearing and grading to underground utilities, stormwater systems, demolition, residential and commercial development, and even FEMA storm cleanup following Hurricane Irma, his experience has shaped the way we approach our work today.
Dirt Dynamics represents where my love for this industry grew—from learning to operate machines and spending my early working years in the field to now building a company of my own.

We are also a state-licensed septic installer, allowing us to provide our customers with another critical part of the construction process under one roof.

We believe that good work starts with good communication.
Our daily logs provide clear documentation of project progress and help keep schedules, expectations, and communication organized. We believe our customers deserve honesty—even when the answer isn’t necessarily what they want to hear.
We take pride in our work, our equipment, and most importantly, our name. We don’t believe in cutting corners or doing something halfway just to get it finished. When our name is attached to a project, we want to be proud of the finished product.
Whether we’re working on a large commercial development or a small residential project, every job receives the same level of enthusiasm, attention, and care we would give if we were building it for ourselves.
